Mesquite 80 Logistics Center
Mesquite 80 Logistics Center is a 203,488 square foot, Class A, distribution facility located directly off Highway 80 (inside the I-635 Loop) in Mesquite, TX. The project is under construction with an anticipated delivery of January 2026. The rear-load building will feature +/-3,000 square feet of speculative office space, 32’ clear heights, 33 dock doors, and 50 trailer stalls.
Denton Enterprise Logistics Park
Denton Enterprise Logistics Park consists of three Class-A distribution facilities totaling 1,244,520 square feet in Denton, TX. The largest of the buildings will total 1,006,880 square feet. The Project is conveniently located two-miles west of I-35E and I-35W, providing tenants with exceptional access to the broader Dallas-Fort Worth MSA. The expected groundbreaking is in the second quarter of 2026.
