Mesquite 80 Logistics Center
Mesquite 80 Logistics Center is a 203,488 square foot, Class A, distribution facility located directly off Highway 80 (inside the I-635 Loop) in Mesquite, TX. The project is under construction with an anticipated delivery of December 2025. The rear-load building will feature +/-3,000 square feet of speculative office space, 32’ clear heights, 33 dock doors, and 50 trailer stalls.
